Good School Health Practices in Latin America

In collaboration with the Pan American Health Organization (PAHO), we produced a publication in Spanish showcasing 12 winning school health projects in Latin American countries. Health Promotion with Schools and Communities: The Labyrinth of Implementation highlights the rich experience of schools and communities working together to address the challenges of growing poverty and inequity as well as public policy changes that affect health and education. These cases emerged as best practices through the first Ibero-American contest, Health Promotion in School Settings, organized by PAHO.
