Subcontract Management

EDC brings experience in sound management systems for task plans—executed in written subcontracts—and financial and technical program monitoring. Our Office of Sponsored Programs is responsible for recording the requirements of each grant and contract, performing cost analyses for sub-awards, producing subcontract agreements with the assistance of in-house counsel, assisting in monitoring sub-awardees, reviewing and authorizing all consulting agreements, and advising the project staff on contractual and compliance matters.
