Jeffrey Dietrich serves as HHD’s Associate Director for Finance.  He provides financial oversight to the Division’s $20 million in annual revenues, and manages HHD’s revenue projections and overhead accounts.  He works with HHD’s Future Direction Team, and designated HHD Center/Project Directors to develop budgets for proposals, assist in the financial planning and tracking of selected project budgets, compare and contrast expenditures to plans, and prepare cost-to-complete estimates for projects, as well as preparing periodic projections and revisions for HHD project budgets.  He also works closely with EDC’s Business Services to coordinate many of HHD’s contract and subcontract negotiations and payments.  Jeff has almost two decades of in-depth experience in the financial and contractual management of domestic and international aid projects.  Jeff is a former Peace Corps Volunteer and graduate of the Columbia School of International and Public Affairs.
